Is an assessment to test exercise technique, and conditioning level to place the client in the appropriate session. Also to give the client a base line to build from and set goals. Is our "Large Group" session. There are a maximium of 12 people in this session. The intensity Level in this session is the samge as Level 2. Is our exclusive "Semi-Private" session. There are a maximum of 6 people per session. This session's main focus will be using more advanced techniques and exercises due to the trainer/client ratio being smaller for more of a personal experiance. |
